Returns and exchange policy

We want you to love every piece of your capsule. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll help you find one that is.

We offer complimentary exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Tags and hygiene liners (if applicable) must be intact
• Exchange must be for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability

To initiate an exchange, please email dawn@boujeebabesbeachside.com with your order number and request.

Returns are accepted for store credit or refund within 14 days of delivery. Items must meet the same eligibility criteria as exchanges.

Please note:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or incorrect
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return

All sale items, swimwear bottoms, and accessories are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
